Lynley
Keynes
As well as providing general podiatric care Lynley has
a special interest in human function and posture. This area of study has led
to her teaching in Orthotic Therapy and Applied Podiatric Biomechanics at the
University of South Australia. Lynley's great interest in Orthotic Therapy
and in particular manufacturing and troubleshooting orthotic devices has led
to the development of soft materials being used to provide exacting control
of faulty foot function.
Professionally, Lynley has spent 24 years as a volunteer member of the Australian
Podiatry Association with 8 of those years being as President of the Association.
She was a volunteer in the Medical Centre at Brisbane's Commonwealth Games in
1982 and in 1984 was awarded Fellowship of the Australasian Academy of Podiatric
